Returns / Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Navya Craft manufactures all Jewelry products lovingly with hand with great care and Passion. Each finished jewelry product goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. 

If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

We exchange the actual unaltered merchandise returned to us within 15 calendar days in the original packaging after you receive it. We do not accept returns on special/custom orders.

 

All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of receipt. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of receipt.

There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.

 

Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
 

For return/exchange:

 

If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at support@Navyacraft.com within 2 days of delivery with the following information.

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an images of the item

 

If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.

Pre-orders and Customized Orders

  • All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.

  • There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.

 

Navya Craft will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take up to 21 days.
